We want you to know beforehand what you'll receive upon arrival. That's why when anime merchandise arrives to us, we carefully go over each and every inch of the box/package and take notes of any dents, damages, creases, etc. and include these blemishes in the description. We also provide images of the actual item display box or package.
This is all done so that you'll have all this information before you make your purchase and hopefully avoid the dreaded "this wasn't what I expected" feeling we've all experienced at least once when making a purchase online.

When you complete your order, your figure is carefully bubble wrapped and placed inside a secure box which we'll then fill with sturdy, industrial quality packing peanuts. We then taped all seams of the package; add a shipping label and BAM! your package is done and ready to ship out to you the following business day (yep, it's that quick!)
And then within a matter of days your package arrives and you have a new addition to your collection.
