Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is secure. Our site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128/256-bit encryption verified by RapidSSL to transmit your information securely. We also use PayPal and their secure server to accept your payments. Your personal information is private, safe, and secure.

When you are on a secure page, look for the lock icon near the bottom or notice the top of the web page and how the address bar has changed color to ensure your information is safe

What are your accepted payment methods?

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required by the state of Texas to collect an 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Texas. Orders shipped outside of Texas are not charged a sales tax

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship items Monday-Friday. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays/Observances

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide but with some exclusions. We are continually adding more countries as we grow and improve our site. You can place an item into your cart and use the shipping calculator to determine if we ship to your country.

*Note for International Buyers: Your government or postal service may charge additional taxes, import fees, or customs duties on your package. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You are responsible for these charges. What is your refund/return policy?
Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. If, after receiving your item you are not 100% satisfied you may return the item for a full refund within thirty (30)* days (doesn’t include your cost to ship the item back)**

We’re confident that you’ll never want to send your item back but if you aren’t satisfied for any reason, or it doesn’t live up to your expectations just let us know that you would like to return the item, send it via a reliable carrier (a trackable option is highly recommended) and we will refund your money (refund does not include the original shipping cost or your shipping cost to return the item)*

Sorry the following items are non-refundable: manga, books, Dakimakura, and/or pillow cases

Once we receive your item we will process your refund.

*International buyers have up to forty-five (45) days to return items

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase items from your store?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase items from our store
We do use PayPal to accept credit card payments but you are not required to sign-up for a PayPal account

How do I pay using PayPal?
Once you are at the “Shipping & Payment” section the PayPal radio button is selected. Click the continue button. Next is the “Place Order” section. Review your payment detail and personal information. If you need to make changes click the “Modify” button. If all is correct, click the “Submit Order” button. You will be taken to PayPal’s secure site.

At PayPal’s site you can sign-in as a returning PayPal customer, review payment details and “Pay Now.”

If you do not have a PayPal account you can click on the “Continue” link under the “Don’t Have A PayPal Account” section You're taken to the billing and payment section. Enter your information and click the “Review Payment” button to continue. Review your payment and click the “Pay Now” button.

Why does PayPal state the total payment does not include shipping and handling?
Your final total does include shipping and handling. Due to the way PayPal is configured, at this moment, it does not recognize that your final payment actually includes shipping and handling

I received a message that my order has not been completed. How do I complete my order and why did this happen?
This may happen when you go to pay for your items but do not complete the checkout. Click the link in the message or use the “Contact Us” form to notify us if you would like to complete the order or cancel the order.

How do I determine my currency in US dollar?
Visit the Currency Converter to convert your currency into US dollar (USD)

How can I track my package?
Visit USPS.com to track and confirm your package. Enter your tracking number in the box provided

Why has my ordered failed? I entered my information correctly.
When paying with a credit card our system verifies that the billing address you entered matches the billing address assigned to your credit card (this is for yours and our protection).

If the information is incorrect, this will cause your order to fail.

So, why does this happen?
Maybe you recently moved (for school or work) and forgot to notify your credit card company of the new address
Maybe you forgot that you have all your bills mailed to another location that’s different from your physical location
Maybe you accidentally hit the wrong key while typing

To ensure your order is processed correctly, please verify that the billing address you entered in the billing section matches the address your credit card company has on file for you or you may try placing your order using PayPal

I want to pre-order an item. Can I do that?
No, at this time we do not accept pre-orders for coming soon items. If you are interested in a coming soon item, click the Notify me when this item become available button on the item’s page to be placed on the notifications list. By doing so, our system will automatically email you when the item becomes available.

We will not share or sale your information. Once the system notifies you that the item is in stock, your information is instantly deleted.

What is the best way to take care of my Dakimakura pillow case ?
Gently hand wash inside out, separately. Dry flat to reshape (do NOT tumble dry). If needed, you may iron it inside out on a low setting

What are damaged/dent boxes?
They are boxes that have dents, creases, rips, or tears on them. The actual product is in excellent undamaged condition. Due to their minor imperfections we have marked down their original price.
