Though the To Heart series has encouraged anime and manga spin offs, it is essentially a series built around visual novels. While they’re rather popular in Japan, romance visual novels have yet to make as giant an impact in the Western world. Therefore, the niche fans that search for this kind of memorabilia will probably try to grab everything on the table.
