Death Note - Goodbye L
This time during lunch we decided to watch Death Note in addition to the always fun and exciting Bleach. I was told that this would be a sad episode but I refused to believe it. We had already seen so many characters die that I really wasn’t expecting this! (I try very hard not to read any info on any manga or anime series that I am watching. I want to get really immersed in the story and characters. I hate finding out what’s going to happen before it happens. It totally ruins it for me. I don’t know why. I guess I’m weird like that.)
So, the unthinkable has happened to L (Ryuzaki) and Watari. I won’t say what really has happened but you can probably tell from the title of this entry. Light has achieved his utmost goal of getting rid of those who stand in his way of being “God.”
Now, we just have to watch and see how this all plays out. That Light Yagami is something else, isn’t he? He’s a freakin genius. The way his mind works, whooosh! Watch out, Light is coming and he means business.
