Can’t See the Forest for the Trees
Okay, just when I thought I got through all my paperwork and To List another wave of things To-Do came pouring in and when that happens it means less time for me to do the things I love to do like posting to the blog.
September was ridiculously crazy busy. It may not seem like it on the outside but we’ve been very busy behind the scenes trying to make your shopping experience with us more pleasant and smooth.
Last month we enlisted the help of some visitors to take part in a site survey. They provided us with a wealth of information to help us structure the site for visitors like you. So, to those individuals who participated in our site survey we want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU for your time and input!
After receiving all responses from the surveys we then went through each one and come up with a plan to implement the suggests that we felt were the biggest issues. We’ve been working around the clock and behind the scenes to implement the necessary changes. Unfortunately, it’s a long and time intensive process. We hope to have most of the changes implemented by the end of the year (December) or by the beginning of the New Year. Everyone is working as hard as they can to get everything up sooner but we want to make sure everything is in place correctly and runs smoothly before it goes live.
I hope we will also have another survey available that gets your input on what products you would like to see more of in the store. We’ve been discussing doing this for sometime now so hopefully we will be able to put this into action. I’m really curious to see what products you guys are more interested in having in your collections.
Hmm, smells like someone is having lunch now. Well, that’s my cue to check out of here (maybe I’ll be able to sneak in a few bites or two). I’ll do my best to break away and update you guys on what’s going on and what’s coming up.
