Fate Stay Night Disc 4 Archer: Episode 15
The Twelve Trials
Saber, Rin, and Emiya continue through the forest looking for a safe place to hide. They find an abandoned house. Rin discusses how she is determined to get revenge on Berserker for Archer’s death and her plan requires a healthy Saber. She devices a plan to transfer Emiya’s magic circuits into Saber so that Saber can regenerate her mana. This process requires all three of them to get a bit more close to one another then they probably feel comfortable doing (close physical contact). Meanwhile, Illya and Berserker are making their way deeper into the forest.
Rin performs the ritual and Emiya’s magic circuits are transplanted into Saber. When morning comes Emiya wakes up to find himself in bed with his arms wrapped around Saber. He is surprised, obviously, and she’s a bit embarrassed as well but at least she feels better.
Time for battle – Rin has her assignments (magic gems), Sabers knows her duty (fight Berserker) and Emiya magically creates a bow and arrow to support Saber as she fights. Illya arrives and after each side exchanges a few harsh words it begins. Saber and Berserker have at it. She has a difficult time withstanding his attacks. Emiya sees this and leans a hand but it isn’t very helpful (at least he tries). Rin appears with her magic gems and throws them at Berserker. They have little effect on him. It just encases his arm in crystal-like material. He uses his other arm to grab Rin. She uses this opportunity to through a few more gems into his face which actually blows his head off his body but he regenerates. He is the epic Hercules so he can’t die that easily. They must kill him 7 more times before Rin, Saber, and Emiya can win this battle.
Illya orders Berserker to crush Rin.
