Ikki Tousen The Legendary Fighter Disc 1: Episode 3
It’s the day after the battle between Hakufu Sonsaku and Ryomou Shimei. Ryomou is in the hospital with several injuries. Hakufu on the other hand seems totally well. It doesn’t appear as if she suffered any physical damage at all. However, she does have emotional worries. She believes her worries are due to her losing to Ryomou and that she really wasn’t herself (no one, I mostly mean Koukin) has told her what truly happened and that she actually won that battle and the Sho Haou has awaken (then again, would she even understand anyway?)
So, to ease her pain she sneaks out and goes on a broken heart healing trip. On this trek she meets 2 unscrupulous guys who offer to buy her lunch but really all they want is to take advantage of her. Hakufu is not smart and therefore is clueless to their true intentions. Luckily for the guys a mysterious girl comes in and disposes of them before Hakufu is put into a compromising position (the mysterious girl kicks the guys a** and I say the guys are lucky because I don’t think they would appreciate the Sho Haou furious attack upon them).
Hakufu and the girl walk and talk until they spot a guy fighting and shouting “basics.” Hakufu runs over and joins in and assists the “basics” guy with his battle and they easily defeat all the fighters. The “basics” guy is named Kakoton Genjyo a.k.a. Ton-chan from Kyosho. Before leaving, he explains to Hakufu that the streets are the fighters’ scared place for battles and they should respect it by repairing any damage caused during fights and that to be a true fighter you must understand and master the “basics” of fighting.
Also during the episode Totaku has ordered 3 fighters from Youshu Private School to kill Hakufu. And we finally (for a brief moment) get to see the notorious Chuei Totaku from Rakuyou High School.
